၁.၁ ဤစည်းမျဉ်းစည်းကမ်းများသည် nextchapterkonay.com website နှင့် ၎င်းမှတစ်ဆင့် ရောင်းချ၊ ပေးအပ်သော Bootcamp၊ Event၊ အွန်လိုင်းသင်ခန်းစာ၊ Community ဝန်ဆောင်မှုအားလုံးအတွက် သက်ရောက်ပါသည်။

These Terms and Conditions apply to the website nextchapterkonay.com and to every bootcamp, event, online course and community service sold or delivered through it.

၁.၂ Site ကို အသုံးပြုခြင်း၊ အကောင့်ဖွင့်ခြင်း၊ ထိုင်ခုံကြိုတင်ယူခြင်း သို့မဟုတ် ငွေပေးချေခြင်းဖြင့် သင်သည် ဤစည်းကမ်းများကို ဖတ်ရှုနားလည်ပြီး လိုက်နာရန် သဘောတူသည်ဟု မှတ်ယူပါမည်။

By using the Site, creating an account, holding a seat or making a payment, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.

၂.၁ “အစီအစဉ်” ဆိုသည်မှာ Live Bootcamp၊ Event၊ အွန်လိုင်းသင်ခန်းစာ သို့မဟုတ် အခြားလေ့လာမှုအစီအစဉ်များကို ဆိုလိုပါသည်။

“Programme” means a live bootcamp, an event, an online course or any other learning offering listed on the Site.

၂.၂ “Showtime” ဆိုသည်မှာ အစီအစဉ်တစ်ခု၏ ရောင်းချနေသည့် တိကျသော ရက်စွဲ၊ အချိန်နှင့် ထိုင်ခုံအရေအတွက်ကို ဆိုလိုပါသည်။

“Showtime” means the specific date, time and seat capacity being sold for a Programme.

၂.၃ “ထိုင်ခုံ” ဆိုသည်မှာ showtime တစ်ခုအတွင်း တစ်ဦးချင်း တက်ရောက်ခွင့်နေရာကို ဆိုလိုပါသည်။ “အော်ဒါ” ဆိုသည်မှာ ထိုင်ခုံတစ်ခု သို့မဟုတ် တစ်ခုထက်ပိုသည့် ဝယ်ယူမှုမှတ်တမ်းကို ဆိုလိုပါသည်။

“Seat” means one admission for one person to one Showtime. “Order” means the purchase record covering one or more Seats.

၂.၄ “Community Member” ဆိုသည်မှာ NC Community သို့ ဝင်ရောက်ခွင့်ရရှိထားသူကို ဆိုလိုပြီး Standard သို့မဟုတ် Premium အဆင့်ဖြစ်နိုင်ပါသည်။

“Community Member” means a person admitted to the NC community, at either Standard or Premium level.

၃.၁ သင်ပေးသော အချက်အလက်များ မှန်ကန်ပြီး ပြည့်စုံရပါမည်။ မမှန်ကန်သော အချက်အလက်ကြောင့် လက်မှတ် သို့မဟုတ် တက်ရောက်ခွင့် ဆုံးရှုံးပါက ကျွန်ုပ်တို့ဘက်မှ တာဝန်ယူမည်မဟုတ်ပါ။

The details you give us must be true and complete. We are not responsible for a ticket or admission lost because the information you gave was wrong.

၄.၁ အကောင့်ဝင်ရောက်မှုကို Google သို့မဟုတ် Telegram မှတစ်ဆင့် ဝင်ရောက်နိုင်ပါသည်။ Next Chapter မှ သင့်စကားဝှက်အား လုံးဝမသိမ်းဆည်းပါ။

Sign-in is available through Google or Telegram. Next Chapter never stores your password.

၄.၂ သင့်အကောင့်ဖြင့် ပြုလုပ်သည့် လုပ်ဆောင်ချက်တိုင်းအတွက် သင်ကိုယ်တိုင် တာဝန်ရှိပါသည်။ သင့်၏ Google သို့မဟုတ် Telegram အကောင့်အား အခြားသူဝင်ရောက်နေသည်ဟု ယူဆပါက Admin Team သို့ ချက်ချင်းအကြောင်းကြားပါ။

You are responsible for everything done through your account. Tell us immediately if you believe someone else can access your Google or Telegram account.

One account per person. You may not share, lend or sell your account, your ticket or your course access.

၅.၁ Live Bootcamp များနှင့် Events များကို သတ်မှတ်ရက်စွဲအလိုက် အွန်လိုင်း (Zoom/ Google Meet) မှတစ်ဆင့် တိုက်ရိုက်ပို့ချပါသည်။ ဒါ့အပြင် ကြိုတင်ရိုက်ကူးထားသော အွန်လိုင်းသင်ခန်းစာများလည်း ရောင်းချပါသည်။

Live bootcamps and events are delivered live online (via Zoom) on the dates listed. In addition, pre-recorded online lessons are also available for purchase.

၅.၂ အစီအစဉ်စာမျက်နှာရှိ သင်ရိုးမာတိကာ၊ ကြာချိန်နှင့် ပါဝင်ပစ္စည်းများသည် ပို့ချချိန်တွင် သင့်လျော်အောင် အနည်းငယ်ပြောင်းလဲနိုင်သော်လည်း အဓိကရည်ရွယ်ချက်နှင့် တန်ဖိုးကို မပြောင်းလဲအောင် ထိန်းသိမ်းထားပါမည်။

The syllabus, duration and included materials shown on a Programme page may change slightly at delivery. We will preserve the core purpose and value of the Programme.

Free resources (Free Hub videos, the AI Prompt Library, the skills assessment and surveys) may be changed or withdrawn at any time without notice.

၆.၁ ထိုင်ခုံကို ရွေးချယ်လိုက်သည်နှင့် ထိုင်ခုံကို hold ထားခြင်း စတင်ပါသည်။ သတ်မှတ်ချိန်အတွင်း ငွေပေးချေခြင်း မပြီးစီးပါက hold ပျက်ပြယ်ပြီး ထိုင်ခုံကို အခြားသူဝယ်ယူနိုင်ပါသည်။

Selecting a seat starts a temporary hold. If payment is not completed within the hold period, the hold lapses and the seat becomes available to others.

၆.၂ ထိုင်ခုံစာရင်းကို စက္ကန့်အနည်းငယ်တိုင်း ပြန်လည်စစ်ဆေးပါ။ အကြောင်းရင်းမှာ ထိုင်ခုံကို တစ်ချိန်တည်းတွင် အခြားသူက ရွေးချယ်သွားနိုင်သဖြင့် ထိုင်ခုံရရှိမှုကို ငွေပေးချေပြီးမှသာ အာမခံနိုင်ပါသည်။

The seat map refreshes every few seconds. Because another buyer may select the same seat at the same time, a seat is only guaranteed once payment is complete.

Sold and held seats are immutable by design. Choose your seat position before you complete the order.

၆.၄ နှစ်ယောက်တွဲခုံများကို တစ်ယောက်တည်းအတွက် ခွဲ၍ မရပါ။

Paired seats are sold as a pair and cannot be split.

၇.၁ Live Bootcamp နှင့် အခမ်းအနားများကို မြန်မာကျပ် (MMK) ဖြင့် ဖော်ပြပါသည်။ အွန်လိုင်းသင်ခန်းစာအချို့ကို အမေရိကန်ဒေါ်လာ (USD) ဖြင့် ဖော်ပြပါသည်။

Live bootcamps and events are priced in Myanmar Kyat (MMK). Some online courses are priced in US Dollars (USD).

၇.၂ ဖော်ပြထားသော ဈေးနှုန်းများသည် ရေးသားချိန်၌ အဆိုပါဈေးအတိုင်းရှိမည်ဖြစ်သော်လည်း အချိန်မရွေး ပြောင်းလဲနိုင်ပါသည်။ သို့သော်လည်း အော်ဒါတစ်ခုအတည်ပြုပြီးပါက အဆိုပါအော်ဒါ၏ ဈေးနှုန်းပြောင်းလဲမည်မဟုတ်ပါ။

Prices are correct at the time of listing and may change at any time. Once an Order is confirmed, the price of that Order does not change.

၇.၃ ငွေလွှဲခကြေး၊ ဘဏ်ခကြေး၊ ငွေလဲလှယ်နှုန်း ကွာခြားမှုများသည် ဝယ်ယူသူ၏ တာဝန်သာဖြစ်ပါသည်။

Transfer fees, bank charges and exchange-rate differences are the buyer's responsibility.

၇.၄ ဈေးနှုန်း သို့မဟုတ် description ဖော်ပြချက်တွင် သိသာထင်ရှားသော အမှားပါရှိပါက ငွေပေးချေပြီးဖြစ်သော်ငြားလည်း အော်ဒါကို ပယ်ဖျက်၍ ပေးချေထားသည့်ငွေအပြည့်အစုံ ပြန်အမ်းပိုင်ခွင့်ရှိပါသည်။

Where a price or description contains an obvious error, we may cancel the Order even after payment and refund what you paid in full.

၈.၁ လက်ခံသည့် ငွေပေးချေနည်းလမ်းများကို checkout စာမျက်နှာတွင် ဖော်ပြထားပါသည်။

Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout.

၈.၂ အော်ဒါသည် ငွေပေးချေမှု အတည်ပြုပြီး၍ Admin Team ဘက်မှ အတည်ပြုချက် ထုတ်ပေးပြီးမှသာ ပြီးမြောက်မည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ ငွေလွှဲပြီးရုံဖြင့် အော်ဒါအတည်မဖြစ်ပါ။

An Order is only formed when Admin Team have verified payment and issued a confirmation. Sending money alone does not confirm an Order.

၈.၃ ငွေပေးချေမှုကို အတည်မပြုနိုင်ပါက သို့မဟုတ် လိမ်လည်မှု သံသယရှိပါက အော်ဒါကို ငြင်းပယ်၍ ငွေပြန်အမ်းပိုင်ခွင့်ရှိပါသည်။

If we cannot verify a payment, or we suspect fraud, we may refuse the Order and return the money.

၈.၄ ငွေပေးချေပြီးနောက် အော်ဒါအတည်ပြုချက် သို့မဟုတ် လက်မှတ်မရရှိပါက [၂၄] နာရီအတွင်း website chatbox (သို့) telegram account (@Official_NCAdmin) သို့ ဆက်သွယ်ပါ။

If you do not receive an Order confirmation or ticket after paying, contact website chatbox (or) telegram admin account (@official_NCAdmin) within [24] hours.

၉.၁ လက်မှတ်တစ်စောင်လျှင် တစ်ဦးအတွက် တစ်ကြိမ်တက်ရောက်ခွင့်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ လက်မှတ်များကို သင့်အကောင့်ရှိ “ဝယ်ပြီးသွားသောလက်မှတ်” စာမျက်နှာတွင် ကြည့်ရှုနိုင်ပါသည်။

One ticket admits one person once. Your tickets are listed on the “My tickets” page in your account.

၉.၂ Zoom link သို့မဟုတ် တက်ရောက်ခွင့် Link ကို လက်မှတ်ဝယ်ထားသောသူအတွက်သာ ပေးအပ်ပါသည်။ Link ကို လူမှုကွန်ရက်၊ group chat သို့မဟုတ် အခြားနေရာတွင် မမျှဝေရပါ။

Your Zoom or admission link is issued to you alone. Do not share it on social media, in group chats or anywhere else.

၉.၃ လက်မှတ်ကို အခြားသူတစ်ဦးအား လွှဲပြောင်းလိုပါက အစီအစဉ်မစတင်မီ ကြိုတင်၍ website chatbox (သို့) telegram account (@Official_NCAdmin) သို့ ပြောကြားပြီး ကျွန်ုပ်တို့၏ သဘောတူညီချက် ရယူရပါမည်။

To transfer a ticket to someone else, ask us at website chatbox (or) telegram admin account (@official_NCAdmin) before the Programme starts and obtain our agreement.

၉.၄ လက်မှတ်ကို ပြန်လည်ရောင်းချခြင်း၊ လေလံတင်ခြင်း၊ အမြတ်ယူ၍ လွှဲပြောင်းခြင်းကို လုံးဝတားမြစ်ပါသည်။ ထိုသို့ပြုလုပ်ပါက လက်မှတ်ကို ငွေပြန်မအမ်းဘဲ ပယ်ဖျက်ပိုင်ခွင့်ရှိပါသည်။

Reselling, auctioning or transferring a ticket for profit is prohibited. We may cancel such a ticket without refund.

၁၀.၁ စိတ်ပြောင်းလဲခြင်း (change of mind) နှင့် မှားယွင်း၍ ဝယ်ယူမိခြင်း (accidental purchase) အတွက် ငွေပြန်အမ်းခြင်းမရှိပါ။ ဝယ်ယူမှု မပြုမီ showtime၊ ရက်စွဲ၊ အချိန်နှင့် ထိုင်ခုံကို သေချာစွာ စစ်ဆေးပါ။

Refunds are not available for change of mind or for an accidental purchase. Please check the showtime, date, time and seat carefully before you pay.

၁၀.၂ ငွေပြန်အမ်းခြင်းကို ကျွန်ုပ်တို့ admin အဖွဲ့၏ အမှားကြောင့်ဖြစ်ပေါ်သည့် ကိစ္စများတွင်သာ ဆောင်ရွက်ပေးပါသည်။

Refunds are issued only where the error was on the part of our admin team.

၁၀.၃ admin အဖွဲ့၏ အမှားဟုဆိုလိုသည်မှာ — ငွေတစ်ကြိမ်ထက်ပို၍ ကောက်ခံမိခြင်း၊ ရောင်းပြီးသား ထိုင်ခုံကို ထပ်ရောင်းမိခြင်း၊ ငွေပေးချေထားသော်လည်း လက်မှတ် သို့မဟုတ် တက်ရောက်ခွင့် မထုတ်ပေးနိုင်ခြင်း၊ မှားယွင်းသော ဈေးနှုန်း ကောက်ခံမိခြင်း၊ သို့မဟုတ် Admin Team ဘက်မှ အစီအစဉ်ကို ဖျက်သိမ်း၍ အစားထိုး ရက်စွဲမပေးနိုင်ခြင်းတို့ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

An error on our part means, for example: charging you more than once; selling a seat that was already sold; failing to issue a ticket or access after you paid; charging an incorrect price; or cancelling a Programme without offering a replacement date.

၁၀.၄ ငွေပြန်အမ်းရန် တောင်းဆိုမှုကို ပြဿနာဖြစ်ပွားပြီး [၇] ရက်အတွင်း website chatbox (သို့) telegram account (@Official_NCAdmin) သို့ အော်ဒါနံပါတ်နှင့်တကွ ပေးပို့ရပါမည်။ ထို့နောက် Admin Team ဘက်မှ စစ်ဆေးပြီးပါက ငွေပေးချေခဲ့သည့်နည်းလမ်းအတိုင်း [၁၄] ရက်အတွင်း ပြန်လည်ပေးအပ်ပါမည်။

Send refund requests to admin@nextchapterkonay.com with your order number within [7] days of the problem. Approved refunds are returned by the original payment method within [14] days.

No refund is given for not attending, arriving late, internet or device problems, or work commitments. You may ask to move to a later batch where one is available; granting that is at our discretion.

၁၀.၆ အွန်လိုင်းသင်ခန်းစာများနှင့် Digital Materials များအား ဝင်ရောက်ကြည့်ရှုပြီးသည်နှင့် ငွေပြန်အမ်းခြင်း မရှိတော့ပါ။

Once you have accessed an online course or digital material, it is no longer refundable.

၁၁.၁ ရက်စွဲ၊ အချိန်၊ ဆရာ သို့မဟုတ် ပို့ချသောပုံစံကို လိုအပ်ပါက ပြောင်းလဲနိုင်ပါသည်။ ပြောင်းလဲမှုအား သင့်အကောင့်တွင် မှတ်ပုံတင်ထားသော ဆက်သွယ်ရန်လိပ်စာသို့ အသိပေးပါမည်။

We may change the date, time, instructor or delivery format where necessary. We will notify you using the contact details registered on your account.

၁၁.၂ အစီအစဉ်ကို Admin တို့ဘက်မှ လုံးဝ ဖျက်သိမ်းပါက အစားထိုး ရက်စွဲတစ်ခု သို့မဟုတ် ငွေအပြည့်ပြန်အမ်းခြင်း — နှစ်ခုအနက် တစ်ခုကို ရွေးချယ်နိုင်ပါမည်။

If we cancel a Programme outright, you may choose between a replacement date or a full refund.

၁၁.၃ ရက်စွဲပြောင်းလဲမှုကြောင့် သင့်အနေနဲ့ မတက်ရောက်နိုင်ပါက အစားထိုး batch တစ်ခုသို့ ပြောင်းပေးမည်ဖြစ်ပြီး ပြောင်းလဲပေးမည့်အစားထိုး batch မရှိပါက ငွေအပြည့်ပြန်အမ်းပါမည်။

If a change of date means you can no longer attend, we will move you to another batch. If no suitable alternative exists, we will refund you in full.

၁၂.၁ အချို့အစီအစဉ်တွင် ပါဝင်သော မှတ်တမ်းဗီဒီယို၊ slide၊ template၊ prompt library နှင့် အခြားသော Materials များကို သင့်ကိုယ်ပိုင်လေ့လာမှုအတွက်သာ အသုံးပြုခွင့်ပေးအပ်ပါသည်။

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the recordings, slides, templates, prompt libraries and other materials for your own learning.

၁၂.၂ အဆိုပါ Materials များကို ကူးယူဖြန့်ဝေခြင်း၊ ပြန်လည်ရောင်းချခြင်း၊ Public သို့တင်ခြင်း၊ အခြားသင်တန်းတွင် ထည့်သွင်းသင်ကြားခြင်းအား တားမြစ်ပါသည်။

You may not copy, redistribute, resell, publish or teach from these materials elsewhere.

၁၂.၃ တိုက်ရိုက်အတန်းများအား သင်ကိုယ်တိုင် screen-record ရိုက်ကူးခြင်း၊ အသံဖမ်းခြင်း မပြုရပါ။

You may not screen-record or audio-record live sessions yourself.

၁၂.၄ ဤစည်းကမ်းများကို ချိုးဖောက်ပါက ငွေပြန်မအမ်းဘဲ ဝင်ရောက်ခွင့်ရုပ်သိမ်းပါမည်။

If you breach this clause we may withdraw your access without refund.

၁၃.၁ NC Commuity တွင် Standard နှင့် Premium ဟူ၍ Tier နှစ်ခုရှိပါသည်။ Tier တစ်ခုစီ၏ ဝင်ရောက်ခွင့်များကို Community စာမျက်နှာတွင် ဖော်ပြထားပါသည်။

The NC community has two tiers, Standard and Premium. What each tier includes is set out on the community page.

၁၃.၂ Community သို့ ဝင်ရောက်နိုင်သည့်နည်းလမ်းမှာ Bootcamp ဖိတ်ကြားချက်ဖြင့် သို့မဟုတ် package တစ်ခု ဝယ်ယူခြင်းဖြင့်သာ ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

You may enter the community by invitation after a bootcamp, or by purchasing a package.

၁၃.၃ အဖွဲ့ဝင်ခွင့်သည် သင်တစ်ဦးတည်းအတွက်သာဖြစ်ပြီး လွှဲပြောင်း၍ မရပါ။ အဖွဲ့တွင်း တွေ့ဆုံဆွေးနွေးပွဲနှင့် webinar များ ကျင်းပခြင်းမှာ Admin Team ၏ ဆုံးဖြတ်ချက်နှင့် အစီအစဉ်ပေါ် မူတည်ပါသည်။

Membership is personal to you and cannot be transferred. Internal meetings and webinars are held at our discretion and according to our schedule.

၁၄.၁ အဖွဲ့ဝင်အချင်းချင်း လေးစားမှုဖြင့် ဆက်ဆံရပါမည်။ စော်ကားခြင်း၊ ခြိမ်းခြောက်ခြင်း၊ နှိမ့်ချခြင်း၊ လူမျိုး/ဘာသာ/ကျား-မ ခွဲခြားပြောဆိုခြင်းများ တားမြစ်ပါသည်။

Treat other members with respect. Harassment, threats, abuse and discriminatory remarks are not allowed.

၁၄.၂ အဖွဲ့တွင်း ဆွေးနွေးချက်များ၊ အခြားအဖွဲ့ဝင်များ၏ လုပ်ငန်းအချက်အလက်များကို အပြင်သို့ မထုတ်ဖော်ရပါ။

Do not share what is discussed inside the community, or other members' business information, outside it.

၁၄.၃ ခွင့်ပြုချက်မရှိဘဲ ကြော်ငြာတင်ခြင်း၊ spam ပို့ခြင်း၊ multi-level marketing ခေါ်သွင်းခြင်း၊ အဖွဲ့ဝင်စာရင်း စုဆောင်းခြင်းကို တားမြစ်ပါသည်။

No unsolicited advertising, spam, multi-level-marketing recruitment or harvesting of the member list.

၁၄.၄ စည်းကမ်းချိုးဖောက်ပါက သတိပေးခြင်း၊ ခေတ္တရပ်ဆိုင်းခြင်း သို့မဟုတ် အပြီးအပိုင်ထုတ်ပယ်ခြင်းပြုနိုင်ပြီး ပြင်းထန်သော ကိစ္စများတွင် ငွေပြန်အမ်းခြင်း မရှိပါ။

Breaches may lead to a warning, suspension or permanent removal; in serious cases without refund.

၁၅.၁ Free Hub ဗီဒီယိုစာရင်းသည် YouTube မှ အလိုအလျောက် ဆွဲယူဖော်ပြခြင်း ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ ဗီဒီယိုများကို ကြည့်ရှုသည့်အခါ YouTube ၏ စည်းကမ်းများ သက်ရောက်ပါသည်။

The Free Hub list is pulled automatically from YouTube. When you watch a video, YouTube's own terms apply.

၁၅.၂ AI Prompt Library ရှိ prompt များကို ကိုယ်ပိုင်လုပ်ငန်းအတွက် အခမဲ့ အသုံးပြုနိုင်ပါသည်။ စုစည်းမှုတစ်ခုလုံးကို ကူးယူ၍ ပြန်လည်ဖြန့်ဝေခြင်း သို့မဟုတ် ရောင်းချခြင်း မပြုရပါ။

You may use the prompts in the AI Prompt Library free of charge in your own work. You may not copy the collection as a whole and redistribute or sell it.
